"I swear it was self-defense!"
Finding a one-way flight from Minneapolis to Prague that allows small dogs in the cabin has been no walk in the dog park. Yes, many international airlines allow pets to fly in the cargo hold, but I've read horror stories about the air quality and temperatures in cargo, and Jayda aspirates when she gets scared/excited. Also, she is small enough to qualify as carry-on baggage on some international airlines.

Thus far, it looks like J-dog fits the requirements for being a cabin pet (i.e. under my feet) on LOT Polish airlines, provided we purchase a soft-sided, airline-approved pet carrier. So we may be flying to Prague via Krakow, which is quite a bit further East...
